Notes and constraints
- NVIDIA labels the published Rubin specifications preliminary and subject to change; the platform entered production ramp in 2026 with partner systems stated for the second half of 2026.
- The 288 GB HBM4 pool is one Rubin GPU. The Vera Rubin Superchip pairs two Rubin GPUs (576 GB HBM4, 44 TB/s aggregate) with a Vera CPU that has its own 1.5 TB LPDDR5X; neither aggregate is a single coherent pool for decode.
- Recorded compute is NVIDIA's per-GPU dense specification. The headline 50 PFLOPS NVFP4 inference figure is sparse and has no FP4 precision in the schema, so it is omitted.
- NVIDIA publishes no per-module TDP for the Rubin SXM, so power is left unset.
